During 2016 we provided a number of large bus groups training as we felt we have identified a need with regards the correct fitting of Power Steering including Limiter Valves and Hydraulic Fan equipment due to an increase in calls from our customers requiring technical assistance. Direct Parts Ltd found that there was a gap in engineering experience and we recognised that due to this inexperience, and lack of fitting guidelines within the industry there was a need for training.

After piloting the scheme with various depots across the country during 2016 and 2017, we were so pleased with the results and the comments we received, that we want to continue to offer it to everyone across the UK and Ireland through 2018.
