Sometimes we are all taken a little for granted and it takes a lot for someone to actually say Thank you and show some appreciation.
We don’t expect it here at Direct Parts Ltd, but when someone takes the time to appreciate our work and put it in writing well we want to share it.
We had a Gentleman contact us from Australia (Yes Australia not our usual client base area) recently after seeing our website. Fortunately we were able to help him with his Ram And he sent the staff a Thank you email as he (in his own words) was a “Very Happy Customer” and the ram “Looks Awesome”.
We are all happy to help where we can and just to prove distance isn’t a problem to us.
