Our Commitment to Training

We recently welcomed a group of fourth-term apprentices, nearing the end of their apprenticeships, for a specialised training programme. During this training, we go beyond simple part replacement – we focus on the engineering fundamentals. Our goal is to help trainees shift their mindset from being fitters who replace parts to engineers who solve problems creatively.

Through practical, in-depth sessions, our apprentices learn about material strengths, metalwork, and advanced diagnostics, preparing them for real-world challenges. We teach them how to troubleshoot, think outside the box, and identify solutions beyond the surface level. For example, what may seem like a steering box issue could, in fact, be a much simpler fix, such as air in the system.
