Yesterday (Monday 24th August) Roy Kendrick – Managing Director of The Direct Group attended “The National Passenger Transport Golf Society Individual Championships” at Horsley Lodge Golf Club, North Derby.
Direct Parts Limited (DPL) have been involved with the event for over 20 years and Roy himself for over 30 years in various capacities.
Roy presented a number of trophies (Pictured below) and wanted to say “What a wonderful day he had shared at what is always a well organised event, with a lovely group of officials, players and spectators alike, and he looks forward to the event”.
Roy goes on to say “It has been a number of years since I last played, but I haven’t lost my touch – a few wild balls here and there but I don’t think anyone noticed (MUCH) it has made me think that maybe I should find some time in my schedule before next year’s event.”
